Andrew and Tuong cap off a successful year of undergraduate research in the CHEM 299 course with two talks. Andrew presents a talk entitled “A computational analysis of the density functional tight-binding method” while Tuong speaks on a “Computational study of the relative stability of tautomers of modified RNA nucleobases in aqueous media.” Andrew is moving back to his home department of Computer Science for an NSERC-USRA while Tuong will stay on to work in the Brown group.
